The game plot is as follows. XIII one day on a beach with a gunshot wound to the head, but no memory of what has happened. The only information he has is a number tattooed on his left shoulder: XIII. Assassins appear out of nowhere and the authorities are hot on his heels. When he’s captured by Colonel Amos, he learns a little more about himself: he killed the President of the United States!
